Shipping Policy
1. Order Processing
All orders will be processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be arranged for shipment on the next working day.
2. Delivery Time
Standard shipping takes 10–20 business days after dispatch. Delays may occur due to customs inspection, bad weather, holiday shipping rushes or other uncontrollable factors. We are not liable for logistics delays caused by these reasons.
3. Tracking Number
Once your parcel is shipped, we will send a tracking number to your registered email. You can track the delivery status online anytime.
4. Customs Duties & Taxes
All import duties, VAT and customs clearance fees are the buyer’s responsibility. We take no responsibility for packages detained by local customs.
5. Failed Delivery
Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address and valid contact number. If delivery fails due to wrong address, unreachable receiver or customer refusal to sign for the parcel, shipping fees are non-refundable and reshipment will not be provided.
6. Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact customer service with relevant photos and tracking screenshots, and we will handle your case accordingly.
